Bestway Institute of Business (BIB) originated beneath to the investor inspired himself upon expanding business endeavor for more investment, marked by fast economic development of the United Republic of Tanzania reached at the middle economic level between 2015 and 2020 under the leadership of the President Dr. John Joseph Pombe magufuli. The government ten years Ideology prioritizing industry and business sector first that build strong base for country’ requirements business education and expertise to manage financial affairs and run those industries and business at all, because revenue and income increases techniques to control in expanded and improved industry and business sector. In the process of building the nation and assisting the government to provide vocational and technical education to fit for the fast growing Tanzania population, Gave the idea in the country to a newly established business institute of training.
The Institution planned to grow in size offers more than Basic Technician Certificate and Diploma programme in Accountancy with NACTE and with VETA Business Operation Assistance (BOA), Information Technology (IT), Food Production (FP), and Tailoring (T) as long Programmes and Business Administration (BA), Record Management (RM), Hotel Management (HM), Secretarial Course (SC), Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy (HBT), Security Systems (CCTV Camera), Accounting Packages (AP), Video Production (VP), Computer Course (CC), and Graphics Designing (GD).
The institution implements a modular approach to counselling and competency-based learning in certificate and diploma courses and programmes (NTA Level 4, 5 & 6) and (NVA Level I, II & III). The programme essentially focuses on a competency-based approach to education and training.
